I know that this blog is really intended to show off our little man. However when the mama and papa get to go on a date there is reason for celebrating, particularly when we get to spend the whole day cat skiing. Now for those of you who think that we went skiing with our neighbor's cat, let me share of few moments of our day with you. We rode in a CAT (machine used for grooming snow) up to the top of Buffalo Pass. From there, our guides helped us find the fresh, light, fluffy powder. Joe and I weaved through the Aspens together. Joe hootin' and hollerin' while I couldn't stop the little girl gigglin'. By the end of the day we managed to ski 12 runs of total fresh, only stopping midway for a three-course lunch. Thanks to Steamboat Magazine for helping Joe make this Valentines Day one of the most memorable. Special thanks to Annie and Catherine for watching our little valentine. We are feeling blessed and hope all of you are feeling the same.
On a side note, Sam got to experience his first Winter Carnival last weekend. You can imagine the "excited face" as Sam watched the Lighted Man ski down Howelson Hill, the Nordic Jumpers leap through a ring of fire, and one of the best fireworks show that I have ever seen. He kept doing his sign for more, more.

What a Valentines treat!! Jenelle, that grin on your face explains everything. Ours unfortunately wasn't that exciting, just a little sugar. We love checking the blog to get up-dates.
